In Tuesday's league contest, the New Kent Trojans (New Kent, VA) volleyball squad were winner over the host Bruton Panthers (Williamsburg, VA), by a margin of 2-0.

The Trojans now have a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tabb for a game on Thursday, September 29. New Kent will meet a Tigers team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to York (Yorktown, VA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-6.

The Panthers (1-8) will now prepare for their game against Smithfield (Smithfield, VA). The Packers enter the non-league game with a 0-6 record. In their last game, Smithfield dropped by Warhill (Williamsburg, VA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
