Berlin Redcoats (Berlin, CT) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Lewis Mills Spartans (Burlington, CT), 4-3 in a league challenge.

Next, the Redcoats confront the Woodstock Academy Centaurs (Woodstock, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 29. Berlin will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record. The Centaurs enter the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Stonington (Stonington, CT).

The Spartans now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Southington for a Central Connecticut - Central challenge on Friday, September 30. Lewis Mills will confront a Blue Knights team coming off a 8-1 league loss to Hall (West Hartford, CT). The Blue Knights record now stands at 2-5.
