The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the East Wake Warriors (Wendell, NC) and the visiting South Johnston Trojans (Four Oaks, NC), saw East Wake's soccer squad get by South Johnston by a count of 2-1.

The Warriors now hold a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Smithfield-Selma for a Quad County 3A test on Monday, October 3. East Wake will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to C.B. Aycock (Pikeville, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 4-8.

With the loss, South Johnston drops to 4-7 on the season. The Trojans travel to West Johnston (Benson, NC) to meet the Wildcats in a Quad County 3A test on Monday, October 3. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 1-11. West Johnston won 4-1 in their recent league test against Hunt (Wilson, NC)
