New Mexico High School Soccer - New Mexico Military Institute knocks off Hot Springs

New Mexico Military Institute Colts (Roswell, NM) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Hot Springs Tigers (Truth or Consequences, NM), 10-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Colts confront the Socorro Warriors (Socorro, NM) in a A/3A District 3/4 challenge, on Saturday, October 1. New Mexico Military Institute will attempt to better on its 7-5 season record.

The Tigers now have a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Silver for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 29. Hot Springs will confront a Fighting Colts team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Mayfield (Las Cruces, NM). The Fighting Colts record now stands at 3-7.
