The Banks County Leopards softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Providence Christian Academy Storm to 0 in the Leopards league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Banks County moves its record to 13-8 on the year. The Leopards travel to East Jackson (Commerce, GA) to play the Eagles in a 2A Region 8 game on Wednesday, September 28. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 2-11.

In their next game, the Storm play the Union County Panthers (Blairsville, GA) in a 2A Region 8 game, on Thursday, September 29. Providence Christian Academy will attempt to move on its 9-8 season record.
