The Hayesville Yellowjackets volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Andrews Wildcats to 0 in the Yellowjackets league victory on Tuesday.

The Yellowjackets now possess a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Murphy for a Big Smoky Mountain 1A game on Wednesday, September 28. Hayesville will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 0-0 non-league Highlands (Highlands, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 14-4.

The Wildcats (2-12) will now prepare for their game against Swain County (Bryson City, NC). The Maroon Devils enter the Big Smoky Mountain 1A game with a 10-6 record. In their last game, Swain County was dropped by Robbinsville (Robbinsville, NC), 3-1, in a league game.
