Illinois High School Volleyball - Polo over Ashton-Franklin Center

The Polo Marcos (Polo, IL) volleyball overcame the visiting Ashton-Franklin Center Raiders (Ashton, IL), 2-0 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, Polo upgrades its record to 6-13 on the year. The Marcos travel to Warren (Warren, IL) to face the Warriors in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 29. The Warriors go into the outing with a record of 0-16. Warren lost 2-0 in their recent league outing against East Dubuque (East Dubuque, IL)

The Raiders now own a 2-13 record. They play next when they travel to Milledgeville for a Northwest Upstate Illini outing on Thursday, September 29. Ashton-Franklin Center will face a Missiles squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Forreston (Forreston, IL). The Missiles record now stands at 12-7.
