Texas High School Volleyball - Boerne-Champion Smithson Valley

The Smithson Valley Rangers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Boerne-Champion Chargers to 1 in the Rangers league victory on Tuesday.

The Rangers now have a 27-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Seguin for a 5A Region IV District 26 game on Friday, September 30. Smithson Valley will meet a Matadors team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Canyon (New Braunfels, TX). The Matadors record now stands at 19-18.

The Chargers (26-7) will now prepare for their game against Tivy (Kerrville, TX). The Antlers enter the 5A Region IV District 26 game with a 15-17 record. In their last game, Tivy gained a win over Veterans Memorial (San Antonio, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
