Kansas High School Volleyball - Bucklin edged by Kiowa County

The Kiowa County Mavericks held off the host Bucklin Red Aces volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Mavericks now have a 16-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ashland for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 4. Kiowa County will confront a Blue Jays team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Satanta (Satanta, KS). The Blue Jays record now stands at 2-12.

The Red Aces (11-11) will now prepare for their contest against Hodgeman County (Jetmore, KS). The Longhorns go into the non-league contest with a 4-15 record.
