North Carolina High School Volleyball - Highland Tech over Burns

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Highland Tech Rams (Gastonia, NC) and the host Burns Bulldogs (Lawndale, NC), saw Highland Tech's volleyball squad beat Burns by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Highland Tech upgrades its record to 13-3 on the year. The Rams host Shelby (Shelby, NC) to play the Golden Lions in a Southern Piedmont 1A/2A bout on Wednesday, September 28. The Golden Lions go into the bout with a record of 4-12. Shelby lost 3-1 in their recent league bout against Cherryville (Cherryville, NC)

The Bulldogs now own a 7-9 record. They play next when they host Crest for a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 28.
