The Cairo Pilots volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Dongola Demons to 1 in the Pilots non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Pilots now possess a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Joppa-Maple Grove for a non-league game on Wednesday, September 28. Cairo will meet a Rangers team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Century (Ullin, IL). The Rangers record now stands at 1-9.

The Demons (1-8) will now prepare for their game against Elverado (Elkville, IL). The Falcons enter the South Egyptian game with a 3-20 record. In their last game, Elverado was nudged by Agape Christian (Energy, IL), 2-0, in a league game.
