The Elkhart Elks volleyball team (Elkhart, TX), was dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Teague Lions (Teague, TX)

The Lions (4-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Westwood (Palestine, TX). The Panthers enter the 3A Region III District 20 challenge with a 10-20 record. In their last challenge, Westwood was dropped by Groesbeck (Groesbeck, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Elks encounter the Cayuga Wildcats (Cayuga, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 30. Elkhart will attempt to move on its 16-15 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 16-10 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Frost (Frost, TX).
