Ohio High School Volleyball - Fairview can't hold off Elyria Catholic

In Tuesday's league battle, the host Elyria Catholic Panthers volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Fairview Warriors.

The Panthers (8-8) will now prepare for their battle against North Olmsted (North Olmsted, OH). The Eagles come into the Great Lakes battle with a 3-15 record. In their last battle, North Olmsted was edged by Westlake (Westlake, OH), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Warriors encounter the Rocky River Pirates (Rocky River, OH) in a Great Lakes battle, on Thursday, September 29. Fairview will attempt to advance on its 8-8 season record. The Pirates come into the battle with a 9-2 record after their 3-2 league loss to Bay (Bay Village, OH).
