The Grafton Clippers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Jamestown Eagles to 0 in the Clippers league victory on Tuesday.

The Clippers now have a 16-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Poquoson for a Bay Rivers game on Thursday, September 29. Grafton will meet a Islanders team coming off a 3-0 league win over Lafayette (Williamsburg, VA). The Islanders record now stands at 9-5.

The Eagles (6-8) will now prepare for their game against York (Yorktown, VA). The Falcons enter the Bay Rivers game with a 13-2 record. In their last game, York gained a win over Tabb (Yorktown, VA), 3-0, in a league game.
