In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Suffolk Christian Academy Knights volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Great Bridge Christian Academy Eagles.

The Knights (2-8) will now prepare for their battle against Tidewater Academy (Wakefield, VA). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 1-8 record. In their last battle, Tidewater Academy was edged by Amelia Academy (Amelia Court House, VA), 3-1, in a league battle.

Next, the Eagles clash with the Rock Church Lions (Franklin, VA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, October 4. Great Bridge Christian Academy will attempt to advance on its 0-7 season record. The Lions come into the battle with a 1-6 record after their 3-2 league loss to New Life Academy (Elizabeth City, NC).
