The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the University Heights Blazers (Hopkinsville, KY) and the host Hopkinsville Tigers (Hopkinsville, KY), saw University Heights's volleyball squad beat Hopkinsville by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, University Heights upgrades its record to 17-7 on the year. The Blazers travel to West Creek (Clarksville, TN) to play the Coyote in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 1. The Coyote go into the bout with a record of 17-15.

The Tigers now own a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Dyer County for a non-league bout on Friday, September 30. Hopkinsville will play a Choctaws squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Crockett County (Alamo, TN). The Choctaws record now stands at 31-3.
