In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Morningside Monarchs volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Inglewood Sentinels.

The Monarchs (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Beverly Hills (Beverly Hills, CA). The Normans come into the Ocean battle with a 10-11 record.

In their next game, the Sentinels confront the Leuzinger Olympians (Lawndale, CA) in a Ocean test, on Thursday, September 29. Inglewood will attempt to improve on its 3-9 season record. The Olympians enter the test with a 10-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Hawthorne (Hawthorne, CA).
