Illinois High School Volleyball - Rich Township can't hold off Kankakee

In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Kankakee Kays volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Rich Township Raptors.
The Kays (5-8) will now prepare for their battle against Gardner-South Wilmington (Gardner, IL). The Panthers enter the non-league test with a 7-15 record. In their last test, Gardner-South Wilmington was nudged by Tri-Point (Cullom, IL), 2-1, in a league test.
The Raptors (3-13) will now prepare for their test against Crete-Monee (Crete, IL). The Warriors enter the Southland test with a 9-9 record. In their last test, Crete-Monee held off Thornton (Harvey, IL), 2-0, in a league test.
