The Piedmont Academy Cougars held off the host LaGrange Academy volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's league test.

The Cougars now have a 6-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rabun County for a non-league test on Thursday, September 29. Piedmont Academy will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Tallulah Falls (Tallulah Falls, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 12-17.

The (7-5) will now prepare for their test against Ballard Christian (Auburn, AL). The Eagle enter the non-league test with a 6-6 record. In their last test, Ballard Christian was nudged by Holy Ground Baptist Academy (Roopville, GA), 3-1, in a non-league test.
