With the win, Maywood CES upgrades its record to 3-14 on the year. The Wolfpack travel to Elizabeth (Cudahy, CA) to play the Bulldogs in a Southern bout on Thursday, September 29. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 10-3. Elizabeth won 3-1 in their recent league bout against Torres (Los Angeles, CA)

The Nighthawks now own a 1-9 record. They play next when they travel to Marquez for a Southern bout on Thursday, September 29. Maywood Academy will play a Gladiators squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Bravo (Los Angeles, CA). The Gladiators record now stands at 14-11.
