Texas High School Volleyball - Wylie can't hold off Sachse

In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Sachse Mustangs volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Wylie Pirates.

The Mustangs (26-10) will now prepare for their battle against Wylie (Wylie, TX). The Pirates come into the 6A Region II District 9 battle with a 21-8 record. In their last battle, Wylie nudged North Garland (Garland, TX), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Pirates clash with the Sachse Mustangs (Sachse, TX) in a 6A Region II District 9 battle, on Tuesday, September 27. Wylie will attempt to advance on its 21-9 season record. The Mustangs come into the battle with a 25-10 record after their 3-0 league win over Wylie East (Wylie, TX).
