The James River Midlothian Rapids volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Godwin Eagles to 0 in the Rapids non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Rapids now possess a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Manchester for a Dominion game on Thursday, September 28. James River Midlothian will meet a Lancers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Thomas Dale (Chester, VA). The Lancers record now stands at 6-5.

The Eagles (2-11) will now prepare for their game against Glen Allen (Glen Allen, VA). The Jaguars enter the Colonial game with a 6-6 record. In their last game, Glen Allen was dropped by Midlothian (Midlothian, VA), 3-1, in a non-league game.
