The Croatan Cougars volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting South Central Falcons to 1 in the Cougars non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Cougars now possess a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jacksonville for a non-league game on Thursday, September 28. Croatan will battle a Cardinals squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over New Bern (New Bern, NC). The Cardinals record now stands at 11-3.
With the loss, South Central moves to 7-7 on the year. The Falcons host New Bern (New Bern, NC) to battle the Bears in a non-league contest on Thursday, September 28. The Bears go into the contest with a record of 1-11. New Bern lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC)
