The D.H. Conley Vikings held off the host Hoggard Vikings volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Vikings now have a 17-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Havelock for a non-league test on Thursday, September 28. D.H. Conley will confront a Rams team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Swansboro (Swansboro, NC). The Rams record now stands at 4-9.
The Vikings (8-4) will now prepare for their test against Laney (Wilmington, NC). The Buccaneers enter the non-league test with a 11-3 record. In their last test, Laney held off Ashley (Wilmington, NC), 2-1, in a non-league test.
