The East Rockingham Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Waynesboro Little Giants to 0 in the Eagles non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Eagles now possess a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harrisonburg for a non-league game on Tuesday, October 3. East Rockingham will meet a Blue Streaks team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Broadway (Broadway, VA). The Blue Streaks record now stands at 8-4.

The Little Giants (0-10) will now prepare for their game against Riverheads (Staunton, VA). The Gladiators enter the non-league game with a 5-6 record. In their last game, Riverheads was dropped by Fort Defiance (Fort Defiance, VA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
