With the win, Graham upgrades its record to 2-8 on the year. The G-Men travel to Bluefield (Bluefield, WV) to play the Beavers in a non-league bout on Monday, October 2. The Beavers go into the bout with a record of 0-1.

The Bearcats now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they host Marion for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 3. Virginia High will play a Scarlet Hurricanes squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Graham (Bluefield, VA). The Scarlet Hurricanes record now stands at 5-2.
