In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Twin Springs Titans (Nickelsville, VA) volleyball squad tipped the host J.I. Burton Black Raiders (Norton, VA), by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Twin Springs upgrades its record to 5-5 on the year. The Titans host Council (Council, VA) to face the Cobras in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 28. The Cobras go into the outing with a record of 2-6. Council won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Twin Valley (Pilgrims Knob, VA)

The Black Raiders now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Twin Springs for a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 17.
