Next, the Golden Eagles confront the Lexington Yellowjackets (Lexington, NC) in a Central Carolina 1A/2A challenge, on Monday, October 2. East Davidson will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the challenge with a 5-8 record after their 1-0 league loss to Thomasville (Thomasville, NC).

The Dragons now have a 4-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Salisbury for a Central Carolina 1A/2A challenge on Wednesday, October 4.
