Foxcroft Academy Ponies (Dover-Foxcroft, ME) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Maine Central Institute Huskies (Pittsfield, ME), 2-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Ponies confront the Central Red Devils (East Corinth, ME) in a Class C - North challenge, on Thursday, September 28. Foxcroft Academy will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Red Devils enter the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Bangor Christian (Bangor, ME).

The Huskies now possess a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Nokomis for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 29. Maine Central Institute will confront a Warriors team coming off a 8-2 league loss to Winslow (Winslow, ME). The Warriors record now stands at 2-6.
