Next, the Huskies confront the South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 28. Hough will attempt to move on its 7-3 season record. The Sabres enter the challenge with a 7-5 record after their 2-1 league loss to Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC).

The Rams now possess a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Mecklenburg for a Queen City 3A/4A challenge on Monday, October 2. Harding University will confront a Hawks team coming off a 10-0 league win over Mallard Creek (Charlotte, NC). The Hawks record now stands at 2-4.
