The Foshay Wolverines (Los Angeles, CA) volleyball overcame the host Middle College Cougars (Los Angeles, CA), 3-1 in Wednesday's league outing.

With the win, Foshay upgrades its record to 9-2 on the year. The Wolverines travel to Hawkins (Los Angeles, CA) to face the Hawks in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 28. The Hawks go into the outing with a record of 3-4.

The Cougars now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Animo South Los Angeles for a Crosstown outing on Friday, September 29. Middle College will face a Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over TEACH Tech Charter (Los Angeles, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 6-7.
