California High School Volleyball - Oakmont crushed by Nevada Union

The Nevada Union Miners topped the host Oakmont Vikings volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Wednesday's league test.

The Miners now have a 8-19 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ponderosa for a Foothill Valley League test on Monday, October 2. Nevada Union will confront a Bruins team coming off a 3-0 league win over Lincoln (Lincoln, CA). The Bruins record now stands at 10-10.

The Vikings (1-11) will now prepare for their test against Placer (Auburn, CA). The Hillmen enter the Foothill Valley League test with a 12-9 record. In their last test, Placer gained a win over West Park (Roseville, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
