The North Salinas Vikings topped the host Pacific Collegiate Pumas volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Wednesday's league test.

The Vikings now have a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Greenfield for a Pacific Coast - Cypress test on Monday, October 2. North Salinas will confront a Bruins team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Watsonville (Watsonville, CA). The Bruins record now stands at 1-6.

The Pumas (0-5) will now prepare for their test against North Monterey County (Castroville, CA). The Condors enter the Pacific Coast - Cypress test with a 1-7 record. In their last test, North Monterey County was knocked off by Marina (Marina, CA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
