In Wednesday's league contest, the Putnam Vo-Tech Beavers (Springfield, MA) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Taconic Thunder (Pittsfield, MA), by a margin of 3-1.

Next up, the Beavers battle the Mount Everett Regional Eagles (Sheffield, MA) in a Pioneer Valley - Central contest, on Friday, September 29. Putnam Vo-Tech will attempt to better on its 4-0 season record.

With the loss, Taconic moves to 5-4 on the year. The Thunder host Pittsfield (Pittsfield, MA) to battle the Generals in a non-league contest on Friday, September 29.
