California High School Volleyball - Sultana tips Serrano

September 27, 2023: Hesperia, CA 92345

The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Sultana Sultans (Hesperia, CA) and the visiting Serrano Diamondbacks (Phelan, CA), saw Sultana's volleyball squad nip Serrano by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Sultana upgrades its record to 9-16 on the year. The Sultans travel to Hesperia (Hesperia, CA) to play the Scorpions in a Mojave River bout on Monday, October 2. The Scorpions go into the bout with a record of 15-8. Hesperia won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Apple Valley (Apple Valley, CA)

The Diamondbacks now own a 7-9 record. They play next when they host Oak Hills for a Mojave River bout on Monday, October 2. Serrano will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Burroughs (Ridgecrest, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 14-2.
