Tennessee High School Football - Baylor nips Brentwood Academy

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Baylor Red Raiders (Chattanooga, TN) and the host Brentwood Academy Eagles (Brentwood, TN), witnessed Baylor's football squad edge Brentwood Academy by a tally of 7-6.

The Red Raiders (6-0) will now prepare for their contest against McCallie (Chattanooga, TN). The Blue Tornado enter the Division II-AAA East contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, McCallie got by Montgomery Bell Academy (Nashville, TN), 13-0, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Eagles battle the Innovation Academy Sentinels (Springfield, TN) in a non-league contest, on Friday, October 4. Brentwood Academy will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Sentinels enter the contest with a 1-5 record after their 56-54 non-league win over South Pittsburg (South Pittsburg, TN).
