The Spartans now hold a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Mound-Westonka for a non-league test on Friday, September 27. Orono will meet a White Hawks squad coming off a 41-26 non-league win over Big Lake (Big Lake, MN). The White Hawks record now stands at 2-0.

With the defeat, Mound-Westonka/Southwest Christian drops to 3-2 on the campaign. The host Zimmerman (Zimmerman, MN) to meet the Thunder in a non-league test on Friday, October 11. The Thunder come into the test with a record of 3-2.
