St. Paul Buckaroos (St. Paul, OR) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Salem Academy Crusaders (Salem, OR), 48-12 in a non-league battle.
With the win, St. Paul improves its record to 4-0 on the season. The Buckaroos travel to Monroe (Monroe, OR) to play the Dragons in a 2A Special District 3 (9 Man) battle on Friday, October 4. The Dragons go into the battle with a record of 0-3. Monroe lost 61-8 in their recent non-league battle against Bandon (Bandon, OR)
The Crusaders now have a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Chemawa Indian for a 2A Special District 2 (9 Man) battle on Monday, September 30.
