The Wasilla Warriors flag football squad scored 24 points and limited the host Lathrop Malemutes to 0 in the Warriors league triumph on Friday.

The Warriors now hold a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Pole for a Mid Alaska test on Saturday, September 28. Wasilla will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 20-0 league win over Colony (Palmer, AK). The Patriots record now stands at 7-1.

With the defeat, Lathrop drops to 8-3 on the campaign. The Malemutes travel to West Valley (Fairbanks, AK) to meet the Wolf Pack in a Mid Alaska test on Wednesday, October 2. The Wolf Pack come into the test with a record of 0-6. West Valley lost 13-0 in their recent league test against Lathrop (Fairbanks, AK)
