Westwood Baptist Academy Eagles (Poplar Bluff, MO) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Mississippi Valley Christian Warriors (Alton, IL), 9-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, Westwood Baptist Academy advances its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to St. Paul Lutheran (Farmington, MO) to clash with the Giants in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 1. The Giants come into the test with a record of 0-2.

The Warriors now have a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Christian Academy of Greater St. Louis for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 1.
