The Linn County Mustangs softball team (Purdin, MO), was routed 20-3 in Friday's non-league bout with the visiting Atlanta Hornets (Atlanta, MO)

The Hornets (4-6) will now prepare for their bout against Bevier (Bevier, MO). The Wildcats go into the non-league bout with a 2-10 record. In their last bout, Bevier gained a win over Hale (Hale, MO), 20-2, in a non-league bout.
