The Assabet Valley RVT Aztecs topped the host Fitchburg Red Raiders volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Friday's non-league game.

Next up, the Aztecs confront the Bay Path RVT Minutemen (Charlton, MA) in a Colonial game, on Monday, September 30. Assabet Valley RVT will attempt to advance on its 8-3 season record. The Minutemen go into the game with a 5-6 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Grafton (Grafton, MA).

The Red Raiders (1-9) will now prepare for their game against Leominster (Leominster, MA). The Blue Devils go into the Midland-Wachusett C game with a 8-2 record. In their last game, Leominster gained a win over South Lancaster Academy (South Lancaster, MA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
