The Monroe-Woodbury Crusaders volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Middletown Middie Bears to 0 in the Crusaders league triumph on Friday.

The Crusaders now have a 7-0 record. They play next when they host Warwick for a non-league outing on Monday, September 30. Monroe-Woodbury will play a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Cornwall Central (New Windsor, NY). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-8.

With the loss, Middletown drops to 1-11 on the campaign. The Middie bears host Kingston (Kingston, NY) to play the Tigers in a Section 9 Orange County I outing on Monday, September 30. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 3-7. Kingston lost 3-2 in their recent league outing against Newburgh Free Academy (Newburgh, NY)
