In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Granite Hills Grizzlies volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Woodlake Tigers.

The Grizzlies (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Lindsay (Lindsay, CA). The Cardinals enter the challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Lindsay was tipped by Corcoran (Corcoran, CA), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the Strathmore Spartans (Strathmore, CA) in a challenge, on Monday, September 29. Woodlake will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record.
