California High School Flag Football - Steele Canyon tipped by Bonita Vista

The Steele Canyon Cougars flag football team (Spring Valley, CA), was tipped 25-19 in Saturday's non-league bout with the visiting Bonita Vista Barons (Chula Vista, CA)

With the win, Bonita Vista advances its record to 12-0 on the season. The Barons travel to Clairemont (San Diego, CA) to encounter the Chieftains in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 2. The Chieftains go into the contest with a record of 10-3.

Coming up next, the Cougars battle the Santana Sultans (Santee, CA) in a Grossmont Hills contest, on Tuesday, September 30. Steele Canyon will attempt to better on its 12-4 season record. The Sultans enter the contest with a 7-7 record after their 34-27 league loss to Helix (La Mesa, CA).
