With the triumph, Lincoln-Way Central moves its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Homewood-Flossmoor (Flossmoor, IL) to clash with the Vikings in a SouthWest Suburban Blue test on Wednesday, October 1. The Vikings go into the outing with a record of 4-6. Homewood-Flossmoor won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Thornton Fractional North/Thornton Fractional South (Calumet City, IL)

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Bradley-Bourbonnais Boilermakers (Bradley, IL) in a SouthWest Suburban Blue test, on Tuesday, September 30.
