In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Spooner Rails soccer squad scored a tight 3-2 win over the St. Croix Central Panthers.

The Rails (3-3) will now prepare for their outing against Cumberland (Cumberland, WI). The Beavers enter the Heart O'North outing with a 3-6 record.

Next up, the Panthers confront the Osceola Chieftains (Osceola, WI) in a Middle Border outing, on Tuesday, September 30. St. Croix Central will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record. The Chieftains enter the outing with a 3-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Altoona (Altoona, WI).
