The Highway 91 softball squad (Leigh, NE), was routed 12-1 in Saturday's non-league bout with the visiting North Bend Central Tigers (North Bend, NE)

The Tigers (11-14) will now prepare for their bout against NEN (Wisner, NE). The go into the non-league bout with a 15-9 record.

In their next game, the clash with the Tekamah-Herman Tigers (Tekamah, NE) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, September 27. Highway 91 will attempt to advance on its 2-19 season record. The Tigers enter the contest with a 8-12 record after their 11-3 non-league win over Lincoln Northwest (Lincoln, NE).
