Nebraska High School Volleyball - Sumner-Eddyville-Miller over Ansley/Litchfield

The Sumner-Eddyville-Miller Mustangs volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Ansley/Litchfield Spartans to 0 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Mustangs now have a 13-5 record. They play next when they travel to Burwell for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 27. Sumner-Eddyville-Miller will play a Longhorns team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Ainsworth (Ainsworth, NE). The Longhorns record now stands at 8-5.

With the defeat, Ansley/Litchfield moves to 16-3 on the season. The Spartans host Mullen (Mullen, NE) to face the Broncos in a non-league game on Saturday, September 27. The Broncos go into the game with a record of 10-3. Mullen won 3-0 in their recent league game against Hyannis (Hyannis, NE)
