In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Dothan Wolves volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Ariton Purple Cats.

The Wolves (20-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Houston Academy (Dothan, AL). The Raiders come into the non-league challenge with a 17-7 record. In their last challenge, Houston Academy beat Slocomb (Slocomb, AL), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Purple Cats meet the Goshen Eagles (Goshen, AL) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, September 30. Ariton will attempt to advance on its 14-6 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 1-13 record after their 3-0 league loss to Zion Chapel (Jack, AL).
